These booking arrangements are different to those of last year.

XROC stand.

The XROC stand at FITP is for XRs and Supersports of paid up club members only. XR Owners club members wishing to be on the XR Owners Club stand at FITP need to book their place through Club Chairman, Tom Bowman-Vaughan no later than 9th April 2010. A cheque for £8 per car (£9 if you wish a FITP plaque), made payable to XR Owners Club, should be sent to Mr T. Bowman-Vaughan, 9 Cope Place, Earls Court Road, Kensington, London, W8 6AA. Please put your name and club membership number on the back of the cheque. An A5 self addressed and stamped envelope should also be enclosed which will be used to send out the car passes once Tom has them.

Tom willl be working to a deadline of Friday, 9th April as the last date for car pass/plaque requests to be with him. This will allow him to get the total pass/plaque requests to FCGB by 16th April. Once Tom has the passes back from FCGB, he will send them out to the those who have requested them using the A5 envelope that accompanied the pass request. Tom will retain the pre-ordered FITP plaques for distribution on the day thus saving on postage costs. If you order a plaque, please collect it from the club tent mid afternoon on the day.

XR4 Register stand.

XROC Annual Concours at FITP.

Entry to National Day Club Concours is only open to paid up club members whose membership is valid on the day of competition (your member status will be checked at the time of booking in!) Although the Concours entry fee of £10 is to be paid on the day (at which time an official judging form will be made out and handed to the judges), entry to Concours is by pre-booking only - no Concours entries will be accepted on the day! As last year, Judges for this year's Concours have been secured from the same judging body that Auto Glym select their judges from. Trailering of concours cars is allowed however, concours cars must be unloaded well away from the concours area, must have road tax, MOT(i.e must be road legal) and must be driven into place.

Official Concours entry forms should be requested ASAP from Club Chairman, Tom Bowman Vaughan either by phoning Tom on 0207 937 7595 (after 7:30pm please) or in writing to club HQ. Forms may also be requested from John Harrison by e-mail to john@xroc.co.uk. Concours entry forms should be returned to Tom no later than 6th May.
